Master Flash® Box Gutter Expansion Joint is an elastic roof pipe flashing designed to easily seal non-standard roof penetrations. It is made of EPDM rubber with pliable aluminium edges designed to fit metal roof profiles, these rolls are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light. The product is available in three widths – 230 mm, 300 mm and 450 mm (9 “, 12″ and 18”) and three lengths 3,65 m, 10,5 m and 15 m (12′, 33′ and 50′). Standard applications for Master Flash® Box Gutter Expansion are transition walls, parapet walls, stepped roofs, corrugated metal roofs, roof penetrations, expansion joints, and skylights.
Master Flash® Sticky Roll is a high-quality, self-adhesive, waterproof, and damp-proof flashing tape for roof insulation. Made of EPDM rubber, Sticky Roll is reinforced with stretchable aluminium mesh core for better profiling and shaping on roof tiles. It is used to seal roof joints in places difficult to waterproof like chimneys, dormer windows, or adjacent walls. There are five available colours allowing for easy matching to most used roofing types. There are two version of this product:
– flat – the self-adhesive base allows for easy, tool-free installation, while the aluminum mesh reinforcement makes it easy to form by hand and keeps it completely stable in shape
– wave – corrugated surface designed to better adapt the flashing shape to match joining place of two different surfaces
