Master Flash® Multi Flash Square Vent Silicone

Roof pipe flashings designed for square pipes or canals when installation type is problematic or unknown beforehand. Can be used as either a standard or retrofit application.

• Made of high-temp silicone with soft aluminium base, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light
• 1 size to fit 3/4” to 5” (20-125 mm) diameter pipes (Standard application) or 1 1/2” to 4” (38-101 mm) diameter pipes (Retrofit application)
• Square base
• Available in red colour
• Installed by either sliding down the pipe or from wrapping at the side
• Stainless steel gripper available upon request
• Perfect for sealing square pipes and vents
• The soft aluminium base fits easily to most metal roof profiles regardless of pipe location
• Sleeve flexibility accommodates vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion/contraction
• Easy installation with farmer screws
• Cut lines clearly marked to allow for easy installation for multiple pipe sizes
• Temperature resistance: -74°C to 225°C continuous (+260°C intermittent)
• Ozone resistance: 70 hour @ 500 pphm
